Pale yellow with delicate green tints, the wine has a floral lift and lime bouquet. Eden Valley has typically refreshing lime flavours on the palate which are cut with, fine acidity and a steely finish. With careful cellaring, it will continue to develop and honey in the bottle for a further five to ten years. Best enjoy with icy cold as a refreshing aperitif, or pair with seared Ahi tuna or fresh green salad.
