My good friend and loyal customer, BP loves his Cajun Ribeye Steaks from a famous Steakhouse from Chicago that has a restaurant here in Hong Kong. Well, this Cajun Ribeye Steak is as close to the original recipe you would be hard pressed to tell the difference (except they charge over $650). The spiciness of the rub compliments the richness of the meat that has been marinated for up to 72 hours.
