Our Steaks and other meat selections are of the highest quality. When you order from us, you will receive only genuine USDA certified and graded products, Certified Angus Beef® Steaks and Certified Australian Angus Beef Steaks.

WE GUARANTEE THAT YOUR STEAKS & CHOPS WILL ARRIVE IN WHOLESOME CONDITION.

Your meats will arrive from The Porterhouse either frozen or chilled, as ordered.

WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER.

We weigh our meat on electronic digital scales carefully monitored for accuracy so you will always receive the weight you ordered, or more. In addition, we work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.

WE GUARANTEE THAT YOUR WINE WILL ARRIVE IN THE CORRECT VINTAGE AND PRICE AS ORDERED.

Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We normally do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines. If you believe a wine to be faulty please contact us on (852) 2553 - 3765 or email us at info@portehouse.com.hk and we will be happy to make arrangements to have the wine collected and tested.

If we fail to live up to any aspect of our guarantee, we will replace your order or refund your money, provided that you notify us by calling 2553 3765, by the next business day after receipt of your order.
