Our Team

Our professional team at The Porterhouse is headed up by James Fortier. A long time resident of Hong Kong, James has worked for many years serving as the General Manager with the great American institution, Morton’s The Steakhouse®. James is also a trained and accomplished Chef, so if you are looking for someone to do the cooking while you and your friends enjoy a Steakhouse Steak Experience at Home, contact James. Product Sourcing

At The Porterhouse, we offer only the finest quality products. We work very closely with our butchers in Chicago and in Sydney to cut to our exacting standards. To ensure the freshest products, we fly our Steaks directly to Hong Kong, always chilled and never frozen.
